Former India captain and head of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Saro Ganguly has been shifted to hospital once again due to chest pain.
According to details, the BCCI chief was shifted to Apollo Hospital in Kolkata on Wednesday afternoon on a complaint of chest pain. His family members said that Ganguly was suffering from chest pain and was in a critical condition due to which he was rushed to the hospital. Tests are underway at Ganguly's hospital and he is being monitored by cardiologists.
It should be noted that Saro Ganguly has suffered a heart attack for the second time this month. Earlier on January 2, he also suffered a concussion after which he was rushed to the hospital and tests revealed that 90 per cent of the former Indian captain's arteries were blocked due to which his Angioplasty was performed.
After the three arteries of the heart became blocked, Dr. Devi Shetty, a well-known cardiologist, went to Kolkata exclusively for treatment of Ganguly. The rest of the angioplasty was suggested a week later.
