The inaugural match of the league will be played on February 20, where defending champions Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators will take on each other. The match between the two teams will be played at the National Stadium in Karachi. The next day, two matches will be played in the event. In the first match, the finalists of the fifth edition of the league, Lahore Qalandars and the winners of the edition 2017, Peshawar Zalmi, while in the second match, the two-time champions Islamabad United and Multan Sultans will be seen in action.
The final of the 30-day tournament will be played on March 22 at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. For the first time since 2017, the final of the event will be played in Lahore. The 34-match event will be played in Karachi and Lahore to ensure the health and safety of all stakeholders during the global outbreak of the corona virus. The first phase of the event will be played at the National Stadium Karachi and the second phase at the PCB Headquarters Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.

Equal matches will be played in both the cities. Day and night matches have also been distributed among all the teams on the basis of equality. Any decision regarding the arrival of spectators will be taken a few days before the event, and the government's recommendations in this regard will be taken into account.
The Pakistan Super League 2021 sports parade will start from February 15. For foreign players participating in the league, a test for the corona virus must be negative before arriving in Karachi.
