Muhammad Siraj, a Muslim player of the Indian cricket team, has faced racial discrimination in Australia, after which his team management has submitted an application.
According to Indian media reports, Muhammad Siraj, who is on a tour of Australia with the Indian team, was subjected to racist remarks by cricket fans at the stadium on the third day of the Sydney Test.
Muhammad Siraj immediately reported the incident to his captain Ajinkya Rahane who reported the matter to the field umpires.
In the last session of the third day's play at the Sydney Cricket Ground, when Mohammad Siraj was fielding on the boundary, he was hit hard.
