One should exercise every day which keeps the body healthy but never make any mistakes while exercising which endangers your life. A woman exercising in London made a mistake that cost her her life.
According to the details, a woman in Britain suddenly fell down while exercising and died on arrival at the hospital. Jonah Leach, 46, of North Wales, lived in North Wales with her husband, Justin Balanson, and their three children. The woman also worked night shifts as a 'care worker'. That day she came on a night shift and went to bed to sleep but due to lack of sleep she went to workout (exercise).
The woman was exercising on an exercise machine and was also watching TV when she suddenly lost her balance and fell down and fainted, after which her husband rushed her to the hospital where she died.
Doctors said the woman died of a brain hemorrhage. According to doctors, after a night shift, he did not get enough sleep and started exercising, which cost the woman her life.
