Indian actress Dia Mirza has raised an important point about heroines and their work in Bollywood, saying that as women reach the age of 32, the nature of the work they get begins to change.

In her interview with an Indian media outlet, Diya Mirza expressed her enthusiasm and hope for the New Year and considers herself Diya Mirza 2.0 in her recent films.

"It's a new life for me, I'm confident to tell people I have a lot to do."

Diya said the kind of role being offered to him now was an indication that he had changed the situation.

Diya, who has been working in Bollywood for the past two decades, started her career with 'Extras', now she says that she has many friends in the industry, but did not take advantage of the friendship to work.
