Colombian Minister Corona dies

 

Colombia's 69-year-old Colombian defense minister, Carlos Holmes, has been in hospital since January 11 after testing positive for corona. He was taken to the intensive care unit four days ago after his condition deteriorated, but his health did not improve and he died today. Carlos Holmes has previously served as Colombia's foreign minister.

It should be noted that more than 51,000 people have died of the corona virus in Colombia so far.
