In New Delhi, a woman killed her husband and posted the status of his murder on Facebook, after which she also tried to commit suicide.
According to media reports, the incident took place in Chhatarpur area of New Delhi.
Police also confirmed the incident and said that the police rushed to the apartment immediately on the call of the deceased's neighbors and the owner of the apartment.
Police said the door of the apartment was locked from the inside, blood was spread on the floor of the apartment, and traces of blood were also present on the walls.
Police said that the bloody body of the woman's husband was lying on the ground while the wife was also lying unconscious near her husband's body in a critical condition.
The woman is currently alive and is undergoing treatment at the AIIMS Hospital in Delhi.
A case of murder has been registered against the woman while her statement has not been taken so far.
According to police, the couple worked for an insurance company and did not have children, but a preliminary report revealed that there was a lot of resentment between the couple.
