In Lahore city, eggs are being sold at Rs 300 per dozen while the price of one egg has gone up to Rs 25. This is probably the highest egg price ever known in history.
On the other hand, the price of chicken meat has also gone up and it is being sold at Rs 287 to Rs 300 per kg.
