Sindh Information and Local Government Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah hinted at leaving the government following the decision of the Pakistan Democratic Movement to resign.
According to private TV, after the Sindh cabinet meeting, the Information Minister said in a press conference that the Sindh government would not stand in the way of the democratic struggle. He said that the PPP was ready to resign and leave the Sindh government. These resignations will not be like Imran Khan's in which concessions were taken.
It may be recalled that in a press conference after the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) summit yesterday, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, head of the alliance, had directed members of national and provincial assemblies of all parties to submit their resignations to the party leadership.
He directed the members of the National and Provincial Assemblies of all parties to submit their resignations to the party leaders by December 31. In this regard, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that we will use all democratic parliamentary options against the government which includes resignations.
