According to the Khaleej Times, Saudi Ambassador Dr. Saud bin Mohammed Al-Satti has said that Saudi Arabia is going to invest 100 100 billion in India and this investment plan is on track. "Like the rest of the world, the Indian economy has been hit hard by the coronavirus, but India has the power to recover."
According to the report, this huge investment was announced by Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman in February 2019. The investment will be in petrochemicals, refining, infrastructure, agriculture, and many other sectors. The Saudi ambassador said that the process of this investment will be started soon. It should be noted that besides Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates has also announced an investment of 75 billion in India.
