Zara Khan, daughter of Pakistani-born Indian actress Salma Agha, has received death threats, while police have identified an MBA student as the accused in the threat.
According to reports, Salma Agha and squash player Rehmat Khan's daughter Zara Khan, an actress and singer in the Bollywood industry, has received a threat of rape on her Instagram account.
Zara Khan, who has acted in films like Aurangzeb and Desi Katte, has registered a case at the Oshiwara police station in Mumbai, alleging that she was threatened by an unknown person.
When the matter was investigated by the police, they came to know that the threat was made by a 23-year-old MBA student from Hyderabad who created a fake profile on Instagram so that messages could be sent to Zara Khan.
According to the police, the accused is mentally unstable and the police have not been able to find out the reason for the threatening messages.
