Hearing on the request of a woman to file a case against Captain Babar Azam

 

Additional Sessions Judge Noman Muhammad Naeem has issued notice to the SHO of Naseerabad police station on the request of the woman to register a case against Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam.

According to details, a woman named Hamiza Mukhtar has taken a stand in the court that she had requested the concerned SHO and CCP to register a case against Babar Azam on charges of sexual harassment and fraud but the police did not comply. The court, while hearing the woman's request, issued notice to the SHO of Naseerabad police station and sought a reply by December 5.

It may be recalled that the captain of the national cricket team Babar Azam was accused by a woman named Hamiza of Lahore in a press conference. The woman accused Babar Azam of abuse, assault, threats, abortion, and cheating on marriage. While Hamza had also mentioned the name of cricketer Usman Qadir.
