Suicides are on the rise among celebrities associated with Indian films and dramas and one actor, singer, and writer after another is ending their lives. The writer of the popular Indian drama 'Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma' has committed suicide.
According to Indian media, Abhishek Makwana's body was found at his home in Kandiwali area of Mumbai, along with a suicide note.
In his last letter written in Gujarati, he said, "I am fed up with my personal life as well as financial difficulties and have been suffering from these conditions for the last several months." Abhishek apologized to his family in his suicide note. "I tried my best to cope with the situation, but I can't do it anymore because the problems are growing,"
Police have launched an investigation into the dramatic move by the author of the popular Indian play.
