After recognizing Israel, a delegation from the Islamic country of Morocco arrived in Israel.
According to foreign media, this is the first visit of a Moroccan delegation to Israel after recognizing Israel. The Moroccan delegation will hold meetings with senior officials, including the Israeli Foreign Minister, to discuss bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest. The Israeli prime minister also invited King Mohammed VI of Morocco to visit.
It should be noted that in the recent past, five Islamic countries have established relations with Israel. These include the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan, Oman, and Morocco.
