The surface submarine, named Victa, was developed by a British company. According to the company, it can take the shape of a submarine from a speedboat in 2 minutes and it can dive up to 98 feet in the water.
The 39-foot-long boat can travel at a speed of 40 knots on the surface and then dive underwater.
It can carry up to 8 people and can be delivered to sea by shipping containers, road trailers, helicopters, and planes.
