The global epidemic of coronavirus has claimed 56 more lives in Pakistan, bringing the total death toll to 8,603.
According to the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), another 3,138 cases of Corona have been reported, bringing the total number of affected people to 429,280. Corona's 374,301 in Pakistan Patients have recovered and 46,376 are undergoing treatment.
The highest number of deaths due to corona was in Punjab where 3,265 people lost their lives while 3,099 in Sindh, 1,439 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 348 in Islamabad, 98 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 171 in Balochistan and In Azad Kashmir, 183 people have lost their lives.
The number of Corona cases in Islamabad is 33,695, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 50,762, in Sindh 189,687, in Punjab 125,250, in Balochistan 17,604, in Azad Kashmir 7,517 and in Gilgit-Baltistan 4 7,665 people have been infected with Corona.
Corona's positive case rate is 17.39%. According to NCOC, Hyderabad positive case rate is 18.43%. In Azad Kashmir it is 10.83%, in Balochistan it is 11.62%, in Gilgit-Baltistan it is 2.68%, in Islamabad it is 6.16%, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa it is 11.29% and in Sindh it is 11.47%.
According to the NCOC, the rate of positive cases in Punjab is 4.42. The rate of positive cases in Lahore was 5.47 percent and in Rawalpindi it was 11.26 percent. The rate of positive cases in Peshawar reached 16.2%, in Quetta 6.19%, and in Mirpur 22%.
