According to Pakistan Army Public Relations Department, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has visited Pakistan Ordnance Factory Wah. On arrival at POF, Chairman Wah Factory Lieutenant General Bilal Akbar received the Chief of Army Staff. The Chief of Army Staff was briefed about the production units. Future plans and innovations were also briefed. The Army Chief said that the Wah Factory is the backbone of the Armed Forces. Technology upgrades and modernization can meet the challenges of the future.
Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa also visited the newly constructed Display Lounge. The Chief of Army Staff was also briefed on the acquisition of modern technology for meeting operational needs. According to ISPR, Wah Factory products are displayed in the display lounge.
