Funeral prayers of Shaykh-ul-Hadeeth Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi, head of Tehreek-e-Labeek Pakistan and eminent religious scholar will be offered today (Saturday) at 10 am at Minar-e-Pakistan Ground, after which he will be buried at Abu Dharr Ghaffari Madrassa adjacent to Rehmat-ul-Alamin Mosque. Workers and devotees from all over the country continue to arrive for the last visit of Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi. On this occasion, the workers hugged each other and wept while beating their beards. Strict security arrangements were made by the police. ۔
According to the details, as soon as the news of the demise of Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi, the head of Tehreek-e-Labeek, was heard, the workers and devotees from all over the country started traveling to Lahore. Coming, a large number of workers looked exhausted with grief and weeping. Sarwat Ijaz Qadri, the head of the Sunni Tehreek, also reached Lahore from Karachi and hugged the son of Allama Khadim Rizvi and wept. However, strict security arrangements have been made at the residence of Allama Khadim Rizvi and adjoining areas.
The body of Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi has been laid to rest at Masjid Rahmat-ul-Ulameen where thousands of people paid their last respects and it is still going on. According to Hafiz Saad Hussain Rizvi, son of the late and Deputy Secretary General, the body was taken to Minar Pakistan Ground by ambulance. After the funeral prayers, the deceased will be brought back for burial and will be buried in Abu Dharghafari Madrassa adjacent to Masjid-e-Rahmat-ul-Ulameen. A full tribute was paid to the struggle for the Prophet and Fateha was offered. It has been informed that the body of Khadim Hussain will be taken to Minar Pakistan and after the funeral prayers his funeral will be held for which arrangements have been completed. 50 reserve police forces, 26 SHOs for security. Thousands of police personnel, including 13 DSPs, will be deployed.
