Turkey's Grand Mosque Aya Sophia's special cat dies at 16
Istanbul's Grand Mosque Aya Sophia's cat, named Gali, had been sick for two months and had been moved to a separate room.
The management of Aya Sofia Mosque had also set up a Twitter, Facebook and Instagram account on the street. Insta has 113,000 street followers. The mosque administration shared the news of Gali's death on the same account.
Gully has been living in the Aya Sofia Mosque for the last 16 years and was everyone's favorite. Its popularity can also be gauged from the fact that Istanbul Governor Ali Erli Kaya has expressed regret over the news of Gali's death by tweeting and said that Gali will never forget you. He posted this tweet on his account. What happened to Pin?
