According to Arab News, these views have been expressed by two companies promoting investment program schemes in the region.
The companies say that in 1990, the US Congress worked under the EB-5 scheme to promote foreign direct investment in some US states under the Foreign Investment Program.
Under the scheme, international applicants who can invest up to لاکھ 900,000 could potentially obtain a green card and then apply for full US citizenship.
Compared to Donald Trump, Joe Biden's success and his chosen plans quickly rejected some of Trump's immigration policies. This created interest in the program for the citizens and residents of the Gulf.
The royal-era consultancy firm is based in Dubai, with partner offices in Riyadh and Jeddah. He says more people than Saudi Arabia are interested in the project.
The director of the American Legal Center has said that with new hopes in the United States, that is why people are willing to invest where they want to live with their families.
Trump's negative stance on economic policies, immigration and foreign workers has reduced public interest in the EB5 program.
Donald Trump signed an executive order in 2017 banning citizens of 13 countries, including Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria and Yemen, from traveling to the United States.
Newly elected US President Joe Biden has said he intends to change the order on the first day of his presidency.
Priya Malik, managing director of STEP Global Group, another Dubai-based company, said: "It was very important for us to win Joe Biden as President of the United States because one of his key positions was to win. We will change the negative effects of Donald Trump on immigration.
"That's why our phones started ringing the next day when Biden was elected,"
