Walter
Summer ford of Great Britain is considered to be the most unfortunate man in
the world to be struck by lightning every 6 years and even when he died 6 years
after his death.
Walter
Summer ford was an officer in the British Army during World War I. He was stationed
in Belgium in 1918, where one day he was riding a horse when lightning struck
and paralyzed his lower body. After a few months of disability, he was able to
walk again. However, he was expelled from the army.
He
later moved to Canada, where he began a new life. Six years after the first
lightning strike, in 1924, he went fishing in a nearby pond and perched under a
tree. At the same time, lightning struck him and paralyzed half of his body.
Fortunately, he recovered after 2 years and started a new life.
The
third lightning struck Walter Summer ford in 1930 while he was walking in a
park. He died in 1932 after a two-year battle for life.
If
the story had ended with the death of Walter Summer ford, he might not have
been the most unfortunate man in the world, but the story continued. As soon as
the 6th year of the third lightning strike was completed and 1936 came, the
fourth lightning strike fell on his grave which caused his inscription to
break.
Walter
Summer ford was buried in Vancouver Cemetery, Canada. Even today, it is a
mystery to the experts why the power has been falling on this person with a
complete schedule.
