Hamiza Mukhtar has approached the Sessions Court for registration of a case against Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam, while Additional Sessions Judge Lahore Noman Muhammad Naeem has sought a report from SHO Naseerabad on the request of the case.
According to details, Hamiza Mukhtar had accused Babar Azam of having illicit relations and has now approached the Sessions Court for registration of the case while another petition has also been filed against the family members of Babar Azam on the charge of harassment. Abid Raza Khan also sought a reply on the harassment petition. The court ordered to stop harassing the woman and sought a reply from SP Complaint on December 5.
Hamza Mukhtiar filed a case in the Sessions Court seeking registration, restraining from harassment and damages in which Babar Azam, Muhammad Azam, Faisal Azam, Kamil Azam, and Muhammad Naveed have been made parties and Naseerabad Police Station has registered a case against Babar Azam. An order has been made to do so.
The woman took the position that the CCPO Lahore had filed a case against Babar Azam but it was not acted upon. Babar Azam's family members are harassing me, the court should order them to stop harassing me.
