Saudi Arabia: How many days will the water supply in Jeddah be cut off?

The local government has reported water cuts in some parts of Jeddah, citing development work in those areas.

In this regard, the Jeddah Commissioner in Saudi Arabia has said that due to the completion of Sari Street and King Fahd Road intersection, water supply to nine neighborhoods of Jeddah will be cut off for five days.

According to Saudi media, the Jeddah commissioner said in a statement on Twitter that the water supply in nine neighborhoods would be cut off for five days from Monday, November 16.

Areas where water supply will be cut off include Al-Faisalia, Al-Rawdha, Al-Salama, Al-Naeem, Al-Muhammadiyah, Al-Zahra, Al-Nahda, Al-Khalidiya and Al-Bawadi.

The reason for the water cut is that the bridge at Sari Street and King Fahd Road intersection will be completed and a new water line system will be developed.

A spokesman for the Jeddah Commissioner's Office recently appealed to all consumers to take precautionary measures to avoid the hassle of water cuts.
