The Foreign Office summoned the Indian charge d'affaires over the martyrdom of four innocent civilians as a result of Indian provocation on the LOC.
According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office, a protest was recorded by summoning the Indian Chief of Staff to the Foreign Office for violating the ceasefire agreement on the LOC. A protest letter was also sent to the Indian diplomat.
According to the Foreign Office, 4 civilians were martyred and 12 injured as a result of Indian provocation on the LOC. Occupying Indian Army is constantly targeting civilians on the LOC and Working Boundary with artillery fire, heavy mortars and automatic weapons.
So far this year, India has violated the ceasefire agreement 2737 times. As a result of this provocation, 25 civilians have been martyred and 218 injured so far.
