Calling the opposition Ittehad-e-Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) a circus, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that these were the people who had plundered the country for 30 years and these people were getting richer and richer and the poor were getting poorer.
Addressing a public meeting in Hafizabad, Imran Khan said that opposition leaders were not threatened by the country's law but now they are facing difficulties and they want to abolish the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
Prime Minister Imran Khan said that NAB was a slave in the time of opposition but it is free in our time.
"The PDM is blackmailing me so that I can get rid of the NAB and hide their theft," he said.
Imran Khan quoted PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif, who was undergoing treatment in London, as saying that he recovered as soon as he reached London.
"The opposition should know that all of you are against me," he said.
He said that on the issue of Financial Action Task Force (FATF), the opposition thought that they would put pressure on the government and abolish NAB.
The Prime Minister said that when he decided not to abolish NAB, he criticized the judiciary as well as the Army Chief and DG ISI.
He said that the attack on the army chief was an attack on the entire army.
Imran Khan said that PML-N wants the army to revolt ie our army should be destroyed.
He said that PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif had reached the point where he started speaking Indian language against the army to save his theft but it strengthened my resolve.
He said that like you, Mir Jaffer, Mir Sadiq and PML-N leader Ayaz Sadiq, I will bring them under the purview of law.
The Prime Minister said that he was happy that the Punjab government had decided that 50 per cent people would be given health cards by this year.
He said that he has decided to build Hafizabad University and District Hospital as both of them are needed by him.
Imran Khan said that by 2021, all citizens of Punjab will get health cards and each family will get free treatment up to Rs 1 million, while private hospitals will be set up in areas like Hafizabad.
He said that the work of making Pakistan a welfare state has started while even the richest countries do not have this health service which is in Pakistan.
He said that the PTI got the government again in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa because the poverty rate there had come down from 28% to 18%.
The Prime Minister said that the elders talked about bread, cloth and houses but we will give houses to the people for the first time.
