NAB Lahore has launched an investigation against the father of former federal minister of state Abid Sher Ali.
According to private TV, NAB sources said that Sher Ali was accused of encroaching on his powers. More than 800 kanals of Punjab government land were leased to private people. NAB sources said that a textile mill was built on the acquired land. Complaints were received on November 26, 2019 against Sher Ali and others. NAB sources further said that approval of the inquiry against Sher Ali was sought from the Chairman NAB.
