In Kashmore, a man accused of raping a 4-year-old girl and his mother was handed over to police on a three-day physical remand.
Additional Sessions Judge Kashmore ordered the remand of an accused in the gang-rape of an innocent girl and her mother. On the other hand, the police said that raids were being carried out to nab the fugitives.
It may be mentioned that the police had arrested the accused who gang-raped a 4-year-old girl and her mother yesterday and rescued the girl. Both the mother and daughter were brought to Kashmore from Karachi a week ago after being offered a job. The woman was sold to a man named Khairullah Bugti after being gang-raped, while the 4-year-old girl remained in the custody of two other gang members.
Reacting to this on social media, Federal Minister for Human Rights Shirin Mazari said that despite the existence of laws, savage minded people are destroying our society and children. Accused Rafiq Malik has been handed over to the police on physical remand but two accused including Khairullah Bugti are still absconding. The Sindh government should ensure strict implementation of these laws.
