Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization conference. According to private TV channel News, the SCO summit is set to take place in New Delhi on November 30, to which Prime Minister Imran Khan has been invited by his Indian counterpart. All member and observer countries, including Pakistan, have been invited by Narendra Modi to attend the conference.
It may be recalled that Prime Minister Imran Khan also addressed a meeting of the SCO Summit through a video link. He said that more than 50 million people worldwide have been affected by the Corona virus outbreak. Joint efforts are needed to tackle this epidemic. He said the global economy was slowing down due to the outbreak. The international community must work together to control the epidemic.
In his address, the Prime Minister lauded China's role in the Corona virus crisis and said that Pakistan and China were making joint efforts in the process of developing Corona virus vaccine.
