During the underwater shooting for the movie Avatar 2, Kate Winslet held the record for 7 minutes and 12 seconds.
Earlier, during the shooting of Mission Impossible, Tom Cruise held the record by holding his breath for 6 minutes under water.
There are reports that Avatar is likely to be released on December 2, 2022.
