"Hafeez Sheikh is a better finance minister than me," Asad Omar admitted

 

Federal Minister Asad Umar has said that Hafeez Sheikh has proved to be a better finance minister than me. He said that for the first time in the history of the country, the federation was taking responsibility for mega projects.

Talking on a program on private TV News, Federal Minister Sad Omar said that the federal government was working on five major projects in Karachi which had happened for the first time in history. He said that the responsibility of K4 project has been taken up by the federation, Karachi Circular Railway is a separate project of the federation, green line buses will be on the roads between July and September. He said that an integrated strategy would have to be formulated for cleaning the drains. The KC Arman project, which was restored on the orders of the Supreme Court, is different.

The district and provincial governments are responsible for roads and garbage, Asad Omar said. Responding to the allegations of Mustafa Kamal against Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, he said that Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui would respond to the allegations of Mustafa Kamal. Why didn't Mustafa Kamal raise his voice when all this was happening. He further said that Hafeez Sheikh is a better finance minister than me.
