Former Chief Minister of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti has sharply criticized the Modi government in power in India and demanded that our flag be returned to us. He has said that indeed! Today is BJP's day but tomorrow will be ours and its situation will be the same as Trump's.
Hum News quoted international media as saying that PDP President Mehbooba Mufti had sharply criticized the Indian government, saying that Kashmiri youth had been forced to take up arms due to illegal tactics of the government. He said that when there were no jobs, the boys would carry guns.
Talking to media, Mufti said that Modi government should learn from the foreign policy of Vajpayee government and normalize relations with Pakistan.
He said that more border crossings should be established between Pakistan and India. He said that after the removal of Article 370, the BJP intended to snatch land and jobs in Jammu and Kashmir. He said that Article 370 of the Constitution was to save the Dogra culture. He said that the flag was given to us by the constitution but the BJP has taken it away from us.
Replying to a question, former Chief Minister of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti said that we want Jammu and Kashmir to be a bridge of peace between the two countries. They demanded that our flag be returned to us. He said that we are fighting the elections unitedly because Jammu and Kashmir has been divided. "We have joined hands to remove the divisive forces," he said.
According to Indian media, in response to another question, Mehbooba Mufti, President PDP, said that Article 370 was not a Hindu-Muslim issue but a matter of identification of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He accused the central government of playing with the constitution.
He quipped that what happened to Kashmiri Pandits? He said that BJP had even promised him.
