Regarding the Gilgit-Baltistan elections, the Free and Fair Election Network (FAFEN) released a report, according to which more than 60% of the voters cast their votes in the Gilgit-Baltistan elections.
The Fafan report said that in 13 constituencies, the turnout of female voters was 53.8 percent, while in 13 constituencies, the turnout of male voters was 59.6 percent.
According to the report, the turnout of women voters in Diamer GBA 16 and 18 was low. Violence and protests were reported in Gilgit, Ganchhe, Ghizer and Diamer.
According to the Fafan report, incidents of non-delivery of Form 45 to polling agents were reported, camps of political parties were set up outside less than one-third of the polling stations, and three illegal or irregularities were reported at each polling station.
The report states that there have been reports of secrecy of votes, stamping by others, while sending back registered voters.
According to the Fafan report, very few Form 45s were provided at the polling stations, and the voting and counting process remained transparent.
According to the report, incidents of counting of votes were reported in the absence of polling agents from 6 constituencies.
The Fafan report said that in 10 constituencies, incidents of late submission of Form 47 have been reported.
