Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that our future and the future of the region is linked with C-PEC, we are committed to ensure all possible security, Pakistan will not remain silent on Indian tactics, India will fail to conspire against C-PEC, we are with China. Together we will protect C-PEC and bring these projects to fruition.
Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi in his statement regarding C-PEC said that in the last few days we had presented a dossier in a joint press conference with DG ISPR in which we had clarified with evidence how India, Supporting terrorist activities inside Pakistan and targeting projects under C-PEC, we had made it clear that India has set up a cell for this purpose for which about Rs 80 billion has been allocated. He said that our future in the region is linked to C-PEC and we are committed to ensuring its every possible security.
Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that China also understands the importance of this economic corridor, so he has given a clear message regarding the security of C-PEC, we will work with China to protect C-Pack and complete these projects. He said that we will take up the concerns expressed in the dossier in all major international forums including the United Nations and OIC.
