Saudi Arabian Airlines has decided to provide a discount on air tickets for people with disabilities, so that they can use the electronic link service.
In this regard, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has specified the conditions for special individuals to avail the electronic link service with Saudi Airlines.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has clarified that people with special needs can apply to have their disability data updated.
According to Saudi media, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has also stated that in order to reduce fares for people with disabilities, it is providing an electronic service with Saudi Airlines and its services in conjunction with Saudi Airlines. It is for people with disabilities and their associates and it is for people who are registered with the Ministry of Social Development and Services.
The ministry confirmed that the service also provides reduced fares for passengers with disabilities through Saudi Airlines' reservation form as per the terms of service and also saves time.
Service implementation procedures:
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has outlined the basic steps to take advantage of the service with the following guidelines.
1- Customers will have to log in to Saudi Airlines reservation.
2- Users will have to register their National Identity Card Number / Residence Number and date of birth for Saudi citizen / expiration date for non-Saudi citizen
3-The following information will appear automatically.
Passenger name in Arabic / English.
Date of birth of the traveler according to the Gregorian calendar.
National Identity Card / Residence Number
Expiry date of National Identity / Expiry date of stay in the Calendar.
nationality.
The passenger is registered with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development as a disabled person in the welfare system.
The Ministry has set out the conditions and requirements that must be met as follows:
This person must be disabled.
This person must have a disability form.
Same for both Saudi citizens and residents.
Users must be registered in the social welfare system and have their profile updated.
