According to details, senior journalist Hamid Mir tweeted that the Sindh government had informed PML-N leader Muhammad Zubair that IG Sindh was allegedly abducted by Rangers at 4 am and then handed over to the Sector Commander. He was brought to the office of the Additional IG where he was already present. He was pressured in the office of the Sector Commander to issue arrest warrants for Captain Safdar.
