Two Punjab cabinet ministers fell victim to corona virus.
According to private TV, Provincial Minister for Industry Mian Aslam Iqbal and Provincial Minister for Agriculture Hussain Jahanian Gardezi tested positive for corona. Industry Minister Mian Aslam Iqbal quarantined himself at home after testing positive for corona. A spokesman said that Punjab Agriculture Minister Hussain Jahanian Gardezi continued to carry out his official routine during the day, but in the evening he underwent a corona test which turned out to be positive. Apart from provincial ministers Mian Aslam Iqbal and Syed Hasnain Jahanian Gardezi, chairman P&D Babar Yaqub Sheikh and provincial food secretary Asad have also had to pay taxes, after which these important personalities have quarantined themselves in their homes.
According to private TV, the number of corona virus patients is once again increasing across the country, including the city of Lahore. Within 96 hours of corona cases in Lahore alone, the number of patients has risen to 50,780. On the other hand, according to the spokesperson of Primary and Secondary Health Care, Multan 13, Rawalpindi 11, Gujarat 7, Faisalabad 4, Chiniot, Gujranwala, Sargodha and Bahawalpur three each, Sheikhupura, Hafizabad, Vehari and Toba Tek Singh two, two while Narowal. One case has been reported in Jhang, Mianwali, Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah and Okara.
