Today, 298 new cases of corona virus have been diagnosed in Sindh

 

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in a statement on the status of Corona virus said that 9754 more samples of Corona were tested in the last 24 hours. As a result, 298 new cases came to light.

The Chief Minister Sindh said that so far 1426236 tests of Corona have been conducted in the province and 138891 cases have come to light.

He said that today 369 more patients of Corona have recovered and so far 131831 patients of Corona have recovered.

The Sindh Chief Minister said that 8 more patients died due to corona today. So far, the death toll from Corona has risen to 2,531 across the province. Currently 4529 patients are undergoing treatment. Out of which 4250 patients are undergoing treatment at home and 6 patients at isolation centers. While 273 patients are undergoing treatment in different hospitals.

The Sindh Chief Minister said that the condition of 182 patients affected by Corona was said to be critical. Corona currently has 25 patients on ventilators.

He said that out of 298 new corona cases across the province, 170 cases are from Karachi. There are 64 cases in South District, 55 in East District, 21 in Central District, 13 in Korangi District, 12 in Malir District and 5 in Western District.

In other districts of the province, Larkana 24, Kashmore 13, Hyderabad 12, Jamshoro 9, Matiari 7, Dadu, Nowshero Feroze and Sukkur 3-3, Badin, Qambar, Shikarpur and Tando Allahyar 2-2 cases while 1 case has been reported in Shaheed Benazirabad.
