Ruling on declaring Suleiman Shahbaz a fugitive

 

The Lahore Accountability Court has issued a written order on money laundering reference and ordered action against Sulaiman Shahbaz, son of PML-N president Shahbaz Sharif.

Many legal complications to bring Suleiman Shahbaz back home

The court said in its order that no authority is allowed to injure the self-esteem of the accused.

The court said in the order that according to the Foreign Ministry report, accused Suleiman Shahbaz was not receiving a non-bailable arrest warrant.

The court said in the order that the accused was deliberately not receiving the court order abroad, therefore the court ordered action to declare Suleiman Shahbaz a fugitive.

The order said that according to Shahbaz Sharif, Nusrat Shahbaz and Rabia Imran will face trial soon, therefore, at the request of Shahbaz Sharif, the process of declaring Nusrat Shahbaz and Rabia Imran a fugitive is currently stopped.

The court also said in its order that the court orders the absent accused to join the trial.
