Getting to bed late at night can have a negative effect on your health.
A report published on a foreign website, citing Stanford Healthcare, explains how a small habit can affect your health.
According to the report, your body also has a clock in the light which is called circadian rhythm.
The circadian rhythm forms a system internally for the body that makes a person accustomed to sleeping and waking.
Research has shown that any change in this rhythm can have negative effects on the human body.
According to the report, complaints of sleep disorders are often linked to rhythmic disorders that do not have positive effects near and far.
Late sleep often causes changes in the circadian rhythm and sleep disturbances, and one of the most common of these complaints is delayed sleep phase syndrome (DSPS).
Explaining the DSPS, Stanford Healthcare said that this type of complaint arises when a person gets into the habit of sleeping 2 or more hours late from his scheduled time.
He also said that due to sleeping late, sleep is not complete at first and the servant does not get up in the morning.
But the biggest effect of this is in the form of not feeling well at work all day, not feeling hungry on time, including sleeping all day long.
The report says that more research is being done on its effects on health, but that this has led to the emergence of other neurological disorders, including depression, insomnia and anxiety.
