Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that there is a serious threat of second wave of Corona in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad and Gujranwala. The Deputy Commissioners should be punished in the districts where there is filth and the Deputy Commissioner should get crores of bonuses in the districts which are clean.
Addressing the Clean Green Index Award ceremony, PM Imran Khan said that there was a serious threat of second wave of Corona in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad and Gujranwala. Lack of sanitation in cities has led to the spread of the virus, which poses a serious threat in the coming days. He said that we are lucky people, Allah Almighty has blessed Pakistan with such blessings that we cannot even imagine. He said that I have seen the secrets of Pakistan and I have an idea of its beauty. But unfortunately the previous rulers did not pay attention to it. In the last 20 years, 70% of the green area has been destroyed. Yes, Peshawar was called the city of gardens but it too was ruined due to neglect. "Where there is dirt, the virus spreads more. In the coming days, there is a greater risk of corona spreading. We are keeping a close eye on this situation," he said.
In his address, PM Imran Khan said that the Deputy Commissioners of the areas where cleanliness and green area were protected should get bonuses, they should be promoted, their salaries should be increased and in the districts where pollution is responsible There are commissioners, they should be punished.
