US General Mark Millie has said that the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan is subject to US national security interests.
According to the details, the chairman of the US forces, Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, has made the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan, which has been a victim of years of civil war, conditional.
General Mark Mill has said that the withdrawal of US troops depends on a reduction in violence and an agreement reached with the Taliban in February this year.
He said that the United States was trying to end the war responsibly but the conditions for ending the war would be that Afghanistan should guarantee the protection of American national interests which are at stake in Afghanistan.
It may be recalled that US National Security Adviser Robert Brown had also announced that the number of US troops in Afghanistan would be reduced to 2,500.
In an agreement with the Afghan Taliban, the United States promised to withdraw all troops from Afghanistan by mid-2021.
