Talks have been held between Pakistan Telecommunication Authority and mobile app TikTok to remove immoral content. According to a statement issued by PTA, a virtual meeting was held today between the top officials of TikTok and Chairman PTA. According to the TA, the meeting discussed issues related to the prevention of immoral content in accordance with Pakistani law and the efforts and measures taken by the Tik-Tok administration to curb prohibited content in accordance with local laws. On the occasion, the two sides agreed to formulate a plan of action to prevent objectionable content and to provide safe content to Pakistani consumers and to maintain further contact.
