Southern Punjab surprisingly achieved Balochistan's target of 162 runs in the 11th over and made it to the semi-finals.
At the end of the match, the four teams that played in the semi-finals of the National T20 Cup, Sindh, Northern, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Southern Punjab, reached the final.

In the last match of the league stage played in Rawalpindi, Balochistan scored 161 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
For Balochistan, Imam-ul-Haq (48), wicketkeeper-batsman Bismillah Khan (41) and Akbar-ur-Rehman (37) were the standout batsmen.
Southern Punjab had to complete the target in 12.3 overs to reach the semi-finals but it achieved the target in 10.4 overs.

Aamir Yameen played an unbeaten innings of 33 off 9 balls, he hit 4 high sixes and 1 four, thus Southern Punjab managed to join the final four.
