According to details, a meeting of social media volunteers was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan yesterday in which the Prime Minister directed to present the government statement openly. Prime Minister Imran Khan presided over important meetings including meeting with Punjab Chief Minister during his visit to Lahore. Presiding over a meeting on the issuance and distribution of health cards, the Prime Minister directed to issue health cards to the blind, eunuchs and the deprived on priority basis and rejected the reservations of the bureaucracy regarding the issuance of health cards.
The Prime Minister while instructing the phased distribution of health cards in the province had said that the provision of basic health care is the motto of a civilized society and the provision of health care to the poor is a real manifestation of good governance. Progress, measures for new development projects were reviewed, in which the Prime Minister said that special attention should be paid to water supply, sewerage, public parks.
