The national airline (PIA) has decided to introduce a voluntary retirement scheme next month, which will benefit 2,700 employees.
According to sources, PIA will introduce a voluntary separation scheme in the first week of November.
The scheme will also be approved by the ECC, and employees under the age of 60 will be eligible for the scheme.
There will be 2 categories of benefits for those above 18 years and below.
