Seven people have been martyred and 92 others injured in a blast at a madrassa in Dir Colony area of Peshawar this morning. The condition of several of them is said to be critical.
According to the details, senior journalist Saleem Safi while sharing the message on Twitter also shared a screen which has been called the position of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan. Senior journalist Saleem Safi said that the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has disassociated itself from the Peshawar mosque attack and condemned it. ۔ The people who are in control of the country have the capacity and they are not paying attention to these basic issues.
A statement issued by Muhammad Khorasani, the main spokesman of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), said that the blast at the madrassa was "regrettable". I strongly condemn the blast and consider it a cowardly act.
Targeting religious madrassas for any purpose and killing the students in them is highly reprehensible act and as a Muslim everyone should be saddened by it, we pray for the martyred students in the incident that Allah May He raise their ranks and grant patience to their honors and relatives and grant speedy recovery to the wounded.
