Pakistan should not interfere in our internal affairs

The French Interior Minister has said that Turkey and Pakistan should not interfere in our internal affairs.

According to the British newspaper The Independent, French Interior Minister Gerald Dermanin has said that it is a surprise to him that foreign countries are interfering in France's internal affairs.

He said he was referring to Turkey and Pakistan. A resolution in Pakistan's parliament has called on the government to recall its ambassador to France.

It may be recalled that on Monday, the National Assembly of Pakistan had passed a resolution against the government-sponsored publication of blasphemous sketches in France and the extremist attitude of President Emmanuel Macron.

The French interior minister added that Turkey should not interfere in France's internal affairs.

It should be noted that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had appealed to Muslims around the world to boycott French products after the blasphemous sketches were published in France.
