Prime Minister Imran Khan's Special Assistant for National Security Dr Moeed Yousuf has revealed that India has sent a message of dialogue to Pakistan.
According to an interview published on the Indian news website 'The Wire', Dr Moeed Yousuf said that Prime Minister Imran Khan had expressed that India had expressed a desire for dialogue.
However, Dr Moeed Yousuf declined to comment further on the "negotiations".
In a 75-minute interview, Moeed Yousuf said, "We should sit and talk like adults. Kashmir and terrorism are two issues and I want to talk about both."
It should be noted that this is the first interview of any senior Pakistani official to Indian journalist 'Karan Thapar' after the special importance of Occupied Kashmir was removed by India on August 5, 2019.
The Special Assistant to the Prime Minister clarified in the interview that Pakistan has evidence of India's involvement in terrorist activities in the country.
He said that Pakistan also had evidence of financial support to terrorists from India and that India had sponsored the APS attack in which innocent children lost their lives.
He said the TTP commander had a record of eight phone calls from India before the attack, while Indian intelligence handlers in a neighboring country had raided the Chinese Consulate in Karachi, PC Hotel in Gwadar and The stock exchange was attacked.
He also revealed that the BLA terrorist had been treated at a hospital in New Delhi.

Moeed Yousuf demanded that India repeal the law on population change in occupied Kashmir and stop human rights violations.
Dr Moeed Yousuf reiterated the position of Prime Minister Imran Khan that if India took one step forward, Pakistan would take two steps forward.
He drew the attention of the Indian audience and said that Kashmiri politicians admitted that no one in occupied Kashmir was ready to remain under Indian occupation.
Special Assistant Moeed Yousuf emphasized that Kashmiris, according to Pakistan, are the real parties to the conflict and their aspirations and aspirations should be included in any dialogue.
Dr Moeed Yousuf said that Prime Minister Imran Khan's government has a vision of economic stability and transit for the prosperity of Pakistan and the region.
He said that due to the expansionist policies of Modi government, India has been left alone in the region while Pakistan wants peace in its neighborhood.
Responding to Indian allegations of terrorism, Dr Moeed Yousuf said that Pakistan had assisted in the investigation of all cases pending in the courts but India had been delaying the investigation without providing evidence.
He said that failure to find a solution to terrorism cases had helped India in making false statements of terrorism.
Dr Moeed Yousuf said that Hindu courts involved in terrorism like the Bharat Samjhauta Express case were released by Indian courts.
Rejecting the latest propaganda by India on the issue of Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, Dr Moeed Yousuf said that Pakistan stood by the UN resolutions to resolve the dispute and meet the aspirations of more than 800,000 Kashmiris.
He said that Indian propaganda could not change Pakistan's principled position on Kashmir issue and in recent history Prime Minister Imran Khan has raised his voice for Kashmiris in the world more than previous governments.
Special Assistant Moeed Yousaf said his counterpart in India was busy blocking the talks.
He said in his interview that Pakistan wants peace and would welcome any dialogue with India if India normalizes the life of Kashmiris in occupied Kashmir, recognizes Kashmiris as principal party in negotiations and India commits terrorism against Pakistan Stop sponsoring terrorism.
He also referred to Pakistan's response to Operation Swift Retort and warned that any mistake by India would result in a strong response from Pakistan.
