The responsibility of implementation of K4 project was handed over to WAPDA by the federal government. Chairman WAPDA said that the project would be completed soon so that the people of Karachi could benefit.
According to a private channel, the federal government has handed over the responsibility of implementation of K4 project to WAPDA. After receiving the responsibility, a meeting of all stakeholders was held at the invitation of WAPDA chairman. The completion strategy was discussed while representatives of Sindh government, consultants and contractors briefed the meeting about the project.
Chairman WAPDA said that K4 project will be completed in minimum time so that the citizens of Karachi can benefit from it. He further said that WAPDA will take all steps to complete the project according to the new targets.
