Jammu and Kashmir: Two terrorists killed in Pulwama encounter

 

Two terrorists hiding in Dodra village in Kungan area of ​​Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir have been killed by Indian security forces in a clash. He was killed by security personnel shortly after the clash began. Security personnel seized the bodies of the terrorists and recovered weapons. Ammunition, AK rifle and other weapons have been recovered from them. At the same time, a search operation was launched in the area and when it was ascertained that there was no other terrorist in the area, the operation was stopped in the area. This is the second terrorist attack in the valley in the last 10 hours.

Earlier, a clash between Indian security personnel and terrorists was reported in Kulgam district. Security has killed two terrorists in the encounter. Many more terrorists are still reported to be hiding in the area. Indian security is still cordoning off the area and a search operation is underway. According to sources, Indian security personnel had received intelligence that some terrorists were hiding in the Changama area of ​​Kulgam and were planning to carry out a major conspiracy. Based on intelligence, security personnel cordoned off the area along with a team of local police and CRPF. Seeing the security personnel coming, the terrorists started firing.

Indian security personnel told the terrorists to surrender, but the terrorists continued firing. After that, security personnel also started firing. The sound of gunfire suggested that there could be three terrorists in the area. Two terrorists were killed in the firing from both sides while the search for another terrorist is on.

Earlier on Wednesday, Indian security forces killed three terrorists in a major operation in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir after a late night clash. A police spokesman had said that security personnel had launched a search operation in Sagan village of Jinapura area on Tuesday evening after receiving a tip-off about the presence of terrorists.
